Something in your life has been pulling at you for a while now.

It hasn't been bad enough to blow everything up, but it also is not small enough to ignore anymore.

You’ve been managing, adjusting, and telling yourself it’s not that bad.

Certain things don’t sit right anymore and that isn't okay.

Something in you is getting a little less patient and a little less willing to pretend.

This isn’t bad,

There is a very clear line being drawn.

Whether you’ve said it out loud yet or not…

What do you need right now?

You keep trying to make it work,
but it doesn't

Your crystal is

Black Sunstone

"Alignment catching up to you"

You might notice:

  • things you used to tolerate feel off faster

  • you feel a pull to change something, even if you don’t act yet

  • there’s less patience for pretending everything’s fine

How to actually use it:
Keep it near you during normal life. Cooking, cleaning, sitting.
You don’t need a “moment.”

This one works in the background.
You'll randomly realize something in you already moved or you outgrew something.

I need my brain to chill out...

Warm Cinnamon + Orange Peel Tea

Take a strip or two of orange peel
(fresh is best, just avoid too much white pith so it doesn’t get bitter)

Drop it into a mug with a pinch of ground cinnamon or small stick of cinnamon

Pour hot water over it

Let it sit for about 5–10 minutes

It isn’t really about the drink.

It’s about the pause.

It's us choosing a few quiet minutes in our day to make something with intention, and then actually being there for it.

No scrolling. No wandering off in our mind. Just a small moment to come back to ourselves and let things feel calm for bit.

Why cinnamon?

Cinnamon brings a grounded kind of warmth, enough to get things moving when something in you is ready to change.

I really want to feel like me again...

Eat something with warmth:

Dinner:
Brown rice, roasted sweet potato, black beans, smoked paprika,  drizzle of olive oil

I know this seems like we just jumped to food… but when things feel like this, it’s not just in your head, it shows up in your body too.
