You don’t need to force your way out of this.

There’s a part of you that already knows how to move differently.

You just don’t stay there long enough for it to stick.

Every time things get quiet, you feel it.
That small pull.

Then you go back to what’s familiar

You are not stuck,

you just keep circling the same pattern

What do you need right now?

Next time you feel that pull, don’t brush it off… just sit with it for a minute and see where it’s trying to lead you.

Your crystal is

Prehnite

"There’s more for you, but you keep going back"

Prehnite helps with that feeling.

You might notice:

  • you catch your own instinct before overriding it

  • decisions feel less forced

  • there’s a small sense of relief when you consider doing things differently

How to actually use it:
Hold it when you’re in between tasks, not busy, or distracted.

Let whatever comes up, come up.
No pressure to act on it just notice and let it guide you.

I need my brain to chill out...

Warm Chamomile + Pear

Slice a few thin pieces of pear.

No need to peel it.

Put them in a mug and pour hot water over them.

Add a chamomile tea bag.

Let it sit for 5–7 minutes so the pear softens and the tea steeps.

Take the bag out.
Let it cool just enough to sip.

It’s meant to be simple

It isn’t really about the drink.

It’s about the pause.

It's us choosing a few quiet minutes in our day to make something with intention, and then actually being there for it.

No scrolling. No wandering off in our mind. Just a small moment to come back to ourselves and let things feel calm for bit.

Why chamomile?

Chamomile calms the mind and body  just enough that you can hear yourself again without rushing through things

Eat something light

Dinner:
Rice or quinoa, cucumber, avocado, herbs, olive oil + sea salt

I know this seems like we just jumped to food… but when things feel like this, it’s not just in your head, it shows up in your body too.
